On one hand, the guy deliberately acts in ridiculous ways in public which can be considered as embarrassing or in the case of normalfags an example of creepy behavior. On the other hand, I don’t think this guy gives a shit about how people or the average passerby view him, to the point he’s open about his degeneracy
