I don't think they would kill the EN branch honestly, because it's their last and only actually-successful (formerly, that is) foreign venture and it'd look probably bad to investors to basically say you're giving up on overseas expansion. I'd more of guess EN branch is truly the black sheep and they'd rather segregate it from everyone else. Which is a massive mark of shame in its own way but hey.
