>>73785260That's what V4Mirai is supposed to be, except with some differences and missteps that Niji didn't have like 4 members a gen, a gen 1 of two talents before Petalight, Biscotti's graduation, hiring from indie personas directly and having a public Staff-san persona and etc. They have just debuted their 3rd gen Lunalia which is their Obysdia equivalent and opened auditions for Gen 4 which would be their Etheryia equivalent. Time will tell if better management and throwing more money at the problem is the solution. But the main issue is really timing and where the industry is now because I feel like that they were really the biggest factors into Nijisanji EN being able to break in circa 2021. The numbers also are not that optimistic, everyone in V4Mirai has less than 50k subs, and 3rd gen is already mogging 1st and 2nd gen because of promotion aka paying even other Vtubers to watch the debuts. If they can break even with merch and etc. at this point in time, I would be surprised. But I will give Brave Group credit for doing expansion at a time when everyone else other than Hololive is pulling back or depending on organic growth. Who knows if that will get them to a point where they can take #2 but right now, they aren't even close to smaller corpos like Phase and Kawaii in terms of either older gen placements. They are however growing faster with 3rd gen than anyone else now so I guess we'll see.
