>>73799461Very unlikely. It is conceivable to me that she could have BPD, but a more quiet type where all her energy gets funnelled into pleasing her fans and failing at this makes her hate herself. This would give her the impetus to actually go through with bold moves like encouraging the reupload of her Coffee video or the suicide attempts, and also give her a sensitivity to know when people are deliberately messing with her.
Regardless of that, though, it's clear that Nijisanji did and had been responding to her in a hostile way, at par, and an incompetent way, at best. The black screen video's timing confirms that and also reveals that the real trigger for the attempt was, after her tweet for people to reupload, the livers collectively confronting her while she was already obviously stressed. Millie's tweet was outrageously smug, and her termination notice is explicitly trying to smear her in the court of public opinion so that her tweet (which accurately states, 'Management took down the video') isn't outrageously embarrassing to the company, not because the situation in itself is embarrassing (in a normal situation it would be grounds enough for a smooth, easy dismissal and everyone knows that), but because of the underlying message that Selen (extremely popular, hardworking, and regarded well by every independent who worked with her) disliked the company enough to not care anymore; an implicit criticism against the company that points to something being seriously wrong unless one were to simply take Selen as duplicitous and crazy. Which is the track that they went with. They were paranoid people would not see Selen as wrong. Because she was not wrong.
Double this with 'the company' just being a euphemism for 'Elira+clique' if you follow the GURRAT, because it becomes a sort of indictment against them personally.
