It's kind of on topic at the moment, if there are any /fit/ anons here, what is "smart" training?
I've been trying to hit 2pl8 bench for a good while now, but my max has been 200 and I cannot break through it. My last chest workout was 3 sets, 180x5 to ease into it,190x5, and another 190x5, with 190 being the max I can do for 5. I did some incline DB press after, and that's it regarding my chest. Is my rep scheme for bench absolutely retarded?
