Kiara
>Gives streaming much of her attention and energy
>Tries her best despite not having as much grab as Gura and having to fight with management to get things done

Why is it like this? They're on opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of the inverse relationship of energy expended and outcome. Gura is successful despite not trying that much and Kiara is always struggling despite trying really hard.
