What qualities make up, the ideal vtuber?

I've been thinking about this question, and here are some qualities:
>design
>commitment to character/lore
>audience interaction
>high output of clippable moments per stream (a measure of how entertaining they are)
>a number of features or memes personal to them that incentivise viewers to adore/simp for them (the more, the faster they grow by memes)

The first one's the most important though. It's entirely possible to have a design that has nothing to do with the way you sound and act, but it's playing with a massive handicap.

The most important thing is brand. Hololive is ideal, nijisanji is passable, anything else is trash.

hololive only succeeded so well, because they focused on image, and tho its made fun of, its almost the premise of them being an idol group first , and virtual tubers seconds, is what made hololive so strong.

nijisanji, is boring by comparison. No talent is really necessary, just entertainment.

Hololive girls can sing and dance and are considered talented and interesting enough to be idols, and it makes them much more impressive. The lore, the ideal the girls strive towards, being cute idols first, before being virtual characters, helps with immersion so much.

It lets you ignore the fact its just a person behind a face-cam software, and first a cute girl working in a competitive industry, and then a cute girl with lore, and then it being a person behind facecam software.
