Big returns only works when drama buffed. It worked with Meica in a smaller scale just as it worked with Doki in a bigger one. Won’t work with Senzawa because Holo has been proved to be an agency that supports their talents well being and doesn’t try to portrait them in a bad light even when fired. Sure she will be popular, but not nearly as she is as Gura who got a fucking algorithm miracle to be where she is now.

Wouldn't work.
She hates streaming and as an indie she'd need to stream or release projects with at least some level of consistency or she'd fade away pretty damn fast.
She's lazy and has found a place that makes her tons of money for barely any work. She's not leaving that. Creative control is overrated unless you want the extra work and effort that it requires.

Holo treats their talents pretty well so it only makes sense to leave if the freedom of being an indie is super valuable to you (Coco, presumably also Magni and Vesper) or if you just want to get out of streaming entirely (Sana.) Gura doesn't really strike me as being in the former category so I doubt she leaves Holo unless it suddenly goes to shit or until she's just done with this line of work for good.

Senzawa doesn't have the organizational and planning skills needed to become extremely popular by herself. She would need a very skilled manager to guide her and keep her focused. Even with this help, her level of popularity might only reach that of Filian or Ironmouse after grinding for a few years.
