Her lisp might give it away, but that's very unlikely to happen.
The closest an incident like this ever happened was when Marine started screaming to call for Pekora and Noel (iirc) as they were standing behind a Hololive poster at a con.
They immediately shut her up because of how distinct her voice is. Not to mention the amount of times that Gen 3 had to stop Pekora from laughing in public back then. I don't think she has that problem anymore because she stopped doing the directional laugh in streams. It's very likely that she had vocal training to change it.
