>>73997766The dramatubers weren't wrong about Kurosanji.
Likewise, the article isn't wrong.
Here's the larger question, sister. Given what has already come to light, why would any EN independent v-tuber want to work for Kurosanji?
Their reputation in the EN sphere is in shambles.
Their CEO is in it for the money and occasional chupa-chupas from desperate subordinates.
Virtually every ex-Kurosanji liver has reported a toxic workplace environment, where harassment is rife and middle-management is incompetent to the point of obstruction.
The ex-talents have reported having to do all of the work themselves in the face of considerable obstruction by middle and top management and even from their fellow livers.
There's no benefit whatsoever. Indie EN v-tubers have to do everything themselves as well, but at least they reap the full benefits of their efforts. If they join KurosanjiEN their draconian employer skims most of what they earn while telling them constantly that they're worthless without the agency to front for them.
So here's another question.
What are you getting out of shilling for this billion-dollar V-tuber agency?
