They have some members who are genuinely quite good at handling themselves around bosses but they didn't put much effort into keeping everyone up to speed and communication was very minimal in terms of organization. That said, there were definitely a few cases where even the skilled members were genuinely getting fucked by the bad layouts of the areas they were in, mostly Ironman where the best method of defeating him is to be under the big-ass vehicle, which is kind of a cheese.
