It's like her head is at a slightly top down view and the ahoge should be coming out of the exact top rather than her extended forehead, and they just never fixed it, but even then it's just an extremely loud design that clashes a lot. The eyes are okay but it clashes too hard with the stitches/scars directly under it and is just distracting rather than helping to frame the face.
The design has too much going on and no real focus on where your eyes should be, on top of the bizarre shit going on with her hairline and the shape of her head (where the fuck is that little alien thing coming from? How does it interact with the ponytail?) .
It really needed more time to cook. Thankfully since vshojo isn't really a red tape bureaucracy corpo, she'll likely either fix it quickly, or people will just learn to deal with it being weird.
