Vtubers have a limited life span.
When you graduate one you kill all their future potential.
Every time one of them graduates it's like killing a golden egg laying goose.
The most profits are made over time through generations.
A generation which grows up with something will later become great customers through nostalgia and transmitting that passion to their children.
Mickey still lives after decades, but if they can graduate one of their vtubers for a NDA breach without making an attempt to mitigate the situation and keep her with a different punishment then I can't see this company lasting for decades once their most popular vtubers also meet the same fate.
There were also instances when the talents needed psychological support and didn't get it.
Cover is becoming a bit too soulless in its management and treating this like a simple business.
The more they tend towards this and the less their company will last.
