Just like during the debuts of Advent, and before with all the spam about Shiori being their goth mommy, then after debut coping that she was even better than expected even though she didn't meet the expectation. Shiori has just barely gotten to 500k subs now.
If Cover Corp pushes for an EN4 and EN5 so soon, then I don't think they will be for the same kind of audience. The potential EN market is huge compared to the JP market, but they perform much worse. Either the current fans have to start spending more money to show that there is serious room for expansion, or they start trying to push into the more normie side of western weeb fandom. You will always get these anons that so eagerly call for self-destruction without realizing it.
