I asked, then I went looking myself. The file does show her character's name, but also includes the artist (creator's) name. They are one-in-the-same apparently. so there's some story behind why danbooru is calling her Akumi, but the vtuber is now going by her artist name, which I do not know right now, and apparently neither do you.
