>>74310824its not in san francisco, burlingame is one of the cleaner cities. only some parts of palo alto and san jose, milpitas, oakland are where the poorer people are. cities like santa clara, cupertino, redwood city, and burlingame are richer and cleaner. just like with literally every state, there are poor and dirty parts, and clean and rich parts. california is not what conservatives and memers paint it to be, there are hardly any homeless in most cities, they congregate to certain cities.
