/vt/ I came into a chonk of money recently and was thinking of starting a Vtuber company. I've looked through the process of starting an American based entertainment company, as well as getting certain art/logos/names copy written. I've got some things copyright pending. At what point should I be looking for talents? What should the pay be? I see memes of shitpay for some vtubers, and I don't want to be a shitty manager. I'm more than wiling to buy my talents equipment and such, but how should I go about doing it? How should I scout talents? I was told I should 'snipe' indies that already have the motive to become bigger vtubers, but I'm not so sure about doing it.

I've already got a few models (male and female) I've commissioned, layouts, and music.

If it all goes south, I'll only be down a couple thousand. I also think it would be more entertaining if it all started on 4chan.
