>>74529922None of these three things are even comparable. I'll address them one at a time and spare the perjoratives.
>Gundou asked why pitchers shouldn't throw the ball at a batter. From a rules perspective, if you know nothing about baseball, if someone is a great batter, why wouldn't you walk them. I can't tell you why but this pissed off boomer japanese baseball fans, so she was fired to preserve a large sponsor. Can't really see what about this is a "rotten mentality"? Unless I'm missing something in the japanese phrasing, so maybe she was asking about it violently (in english we'd use drill, peg... etc. a full speed pitch)... in which case, western fans would say the simple thing: while in hockey, you may have an enforcer. In baseball, they get to pitch to (or in this case at) your batters too.
>Zaion This has been talked about to death, so I'm not going to go over everything. Bottom line: her sense of humor is stuck in mid 00s internet, so she's not corpo friendly enough for anything that isn't fishman's sad girl society
>SelenI'll address this in several parts
>she got suspended but nijisanji still wants her to continue as a liver but she wants to get out in a silent graduation without ever doing a stream anymore for nijisanji, she is still legally a niji liver at that time and it was considered a breach of contract agreement for a liver to ask for an immediate graduation after suspension if a liver's contract is still tied for a year. This is illegal in every western country I'm aware of. She has a legal right to hire a lawyer and negotiate her contract at any time. Further, hiring a lawyer to negotiate a contract when unforeseen circumstances lead you to be unable to deliver the expectations of said contract is just how its done, down to and including asking for an early dissolution of the contract under reduced or no penalty, depending on the circumstances. Please don't talk about contract and labor law when you don't know what you're talking about. You are literally saying that Nijisanji did something illegal here.
>selen broke the camel's back by encouraging her fans to REUPLOAD a MV that wasnt granted permission yet by the management teamYes, she did something stupid and hasty before doing something else stupid and hasty. Only the lunatics think there was an issue with the suspension in the first place
Now
>selen was a good talent, but way too ambitious for nijisanji to handle. her projects costed thousands to produce and she wasnt very profitable for nijisanji to keep up with her clashing with management over game permissions every two to three weeks.I agree with a good deal of this, but she definitely had to clash with management over more than game permissions. Like, when they nearly scuttled her outfit contest, by fighting her over the prize pool (which was always going to be her own money) or sending out predatory contracts to participating artists.
Thing is, the cheaper products, her tournaments, which couldn't have required more than a few hundred, were the ones NijiEN was least equipped to deal with, hence the eventual requirement that she could only invite NijiEN's, and her eventually stopping running them at all, at least until cover got involved with the tsb custom.
