2) TTRPGs are basically like narrative-based games so people who missed the last ep won't watch it. This is ep 7 of the series. Most of the other examples of vtuber TTRPG streams I've seen are much shorter.
3) This is Ina's timeslot normally. Ame and Gura's numbers in this timeslot are always worse than their numbers 3 hours from now, and people won't tune into a TTRPG 3 hours in, they'll just watch the VOD.
25k to 15k is a pretty steep drop tho. Honestly, they should've kept it on Calli's channel instead of rotating. She has 500k more subs than Kiara, which is 500k more people who would've seen it on their front page.
