Everyone's focusing on >idol company but she also wasn't one of the top talents. She was top of her gen for a short while after Luxiem debuted because she was extroverted enough to get into collabs with everyone, but over time as more and more people joined she gradually lost more and more ground and by the time she left she was firmly in 3view territory. Nowhere near the heights of Elira, Pomu, or Selen.

At the end of the day it's kind of funny significant losing Nina turned out to be. She said herself she didn't want to leave because she was so attached to everyone there, but she was basically friends with EVERYONE in the branch, as well as a handful of people in other branches (especially Oliver and Mika.) I'm sure she'd have been more miserable than ever if she had to exist in a post-Selen Nijisanji but she really was the surrogate mom for basically the entire branch and nobody else came close to fulfilling that role after she left. I just hope that whenever more graduations come or if the branch as a whole goes under she takes the time to reunite with everyone again. Except Luca, for obvious reasons.

While Nina lacked in numbers, she was a top earner in superchats. Also, speaking subjectively, she was good at cultivating an atmosphere, making her streams feel comfy, and filling a boomer gamer niche that none of the others could match.
When they lost Nina, I think they lost a talented person who had appeal and room to grow. That, as well as your point of being friends with everyone, is why I think her graduation was so heavy.
