>>74591633I don't think we can call it proof. Would be better to treat things on case by case basis.
Matara had big advantage as trend setter and early adopter. She was the first one to leave Nijisanji on good terms and first one to join vshojo from EN corpo. She also did it at the time when people were very interested in vshojo happenings as three of their trouble making talents left the group.
Kuro wasn't able to garner nearly as much hype as Matara but he also made it a point to actively discourage part of his fanbase from following him. He's doing slightly worse than in Nijisanji but is a much happier man.
Sayu took a long time to recover from her situation. She's doing significantly better than ever before now but it was a year of struggles until this point.
Doki is an incredibly special phenomenon which won't be replicated.
Mint was the face of Nijisanji and easily their most popular talent *with English audience* and her passion meant people were attracted to her personality specifically, that's why she's still doing well outside of the company.
U-san I don't know well and don't want to say something wrong but please keep in mind she had way bigger following even before joining Nijisanji so it isn't surprising she's doing well.
Looking at talents who are remaining in Nijisanji, I honestly doubt if many of them would be able to do better after leaving.
