Idol step!

Who has the best? Who has the second worst?
My vote for best is a tossup between the duck here and Gura. It's real simple, but that thing Gura does where she just steps in front of one foot then back behind again has such a nice flow to it. I don't think I need to say much about Shuba. Hers is just iconic at this point. I'm really not sure who I'd put at second worst, though.
