They have a holistic quality problem. Acceleration makes each individual talent unvalued, and means the company can't afford to support them with good stuff. So everything just suffers and it doesn't help that the golden child of the industry is over there being the Good Guys in every scenario. How aggravating that must be.
Imagine being a nijisanji fan watching hololive fans having fun with conventions and concerts and cool custom merch while your company is just miserable and everything is low quality and sucks. Concerts suck, meet n greets suck, conventions suck, the merch sucks, nobody gets 3D for years and years if ever. Tickets to everything are fucking expensive as hell, twice as much as holo stuff for a 1/10th the quality. everybody is quitting or getting terminated all the time and then badmouthing the company once they're out. That stuff will wear you down fast.
