The one true standard is kson's law: Anything the chuba provided of their own volition in relation to any of their streaming personalities should justifiably be fair game for discussing their current entertainment-related endeavors, providing discussion relates strictly to their work as an entertainer and any info they've currently made available up to and including self doxx. Private information, private records and even public records shared without the chuba's explicit consent are all obviously out of bounds. All discussion should be tangentially related to vtubing and not revolve entirely around the chuba's personal life except in the context of their entertainment related side hustles.
