It's so limited because it's still in-development with only an alpha build, and you download it through Testflight which is not available for Android.
Android allows third-party app installs so I don't know why that's stopping them.NEXAS (this agency partnered with the app) is the company that's looking suspicious as hell. Fucking wild company structure/policy and the CEO might just be autistic.
