Magni and Vesper were fired and while it wasn't NDA related like Mel they obviously did get into a huge fight with management. Cover offers a good amount of money so Hololive talents will usually put up with the negatives of having to follow a strict contract but there have been several Holostars that graduated with no graduation stream. They might not say that someone was fired but it's not hard to figure out which talents left on bad terms.
