By
1) Being embedded deeply enough within the fanbase to be able to hear the roots of actual complaints before they blow up(and thus know when something that blows up is based on a pre-existing worry seen in the fanbase)
2) Being /here/ long enough and having an adequate understanding of the situation going on in various threads as well as board wide. This means you need to be not autistic and also spend way too much time simply observing the ebb and flow of threads

Tip 1: the dumbest antis will ALWAYS be dumb, they can't even imitate a menhera fan. They often cuckpost brainlessly. Report and call these out at your leisure
Tip 2(mildly complex): Posts which focus on things that are emotionally irrelevant and dig into nitty gritty technical definitions without any relent and a 'goading' or 'superior' tone are VERY likely to be antis; that is because a menhera fan is fueled by emotional overload. They are not going to dig into super specific details like, for example,

it doesn't make sense to focus on a detail like that when in an emotionally tumultuous state.
Tip 3: If you CAN'T tell the difference, do not poke what might be a menhera fan. You can't help them if you can't tell and will need an adequately aware other fan to calm them down, or they will need time/their oshi addressing the issue
What can make them worse is the brain dead cuckposting, which IS easy to see: so focusing on shitting on those posts is an easy way to push back against the flood of psyop cuckposting designed to weaken the hearts of the already menhera
t. I stalk every GFE fanbase on this board because I hate GFE antis and trying to outmanuever them is more delicate and difficult to do than the usual antis we can usually browbeat without worry, since with GFE fanbases there is a very real chance of potential fanbase collateral if you end up targeting menhera fans instead of antis(you can even end up doing the antis work for them if you aren't careful)
