I'd actually be interested in the details, of any larger chuuba who wants to share, if they saw a drop or increase in subs after announcing hiatusif they announce it as "I'm sick/holiday, I'll be back in a week, I'm not going to cancel, but unannounced, and gone for a week, I'll start looking to cancel subs. Announced and gone for three weeks, coming in for the whole sub cycle, I'm cancelling regardlessOn top of that, the fans are insane for vtubers, think of the rrats if she just announced "I might be going on a short hiatus in the next month, don't worry if I disappear for a short while".
As a final point, but saying "it's abusive", nobody's going to expect answers, if anyone asks questions.
