No, it's impossible. The core of entire company seems to be completely rotten.
Maybe down the line it all will ultimately collapse and Riku will be forced to sell remnants of Nijisanji into some more competent hands. But in that case would we consider it the same company? There would be all kinds of the changes from top to bottom.

that does seem to be the case, i initially thought that the problem was just in the outlying branches or management. but apparently its in the core of the company is where the issue lies. niji is built atop a foundation of policies and contracts that took advantage of the employees, imo this managed to work since they were a pioneer in vtubing that no one really batted an eye. until the talents themselves started noticing how unfair it is that other corpos get a better deal compared to a pioneering company. picrel somewhat related.
