When there is a huge pool of audience available just by speaking English, all of them are gonna want to do it.
Even though from the company's perspective, that's dividing the EN audience instead if increasing the net-audience watching the company by bringing in ID. It's harmful to the company, but it benefits the individual.
Nijisanji never figured this out, all of their ID's were pandering to EN, and all of their EN was pandering to JP. None of these people actually built the market they were supposed to.
