The most well known one is fashion.
Lia is girly as fuck.
Pippa is as tomboyish as you can get without dropping cute stuff.
Also in several collabs they usually can't agree on stuff. Again, because they have very different outlooks on the gig and life. I dunno about upbringing, I could care less about that too.
All-in-all, it's practically a nothingburguer and pales in comparison to some real grudges (Like Luna and Matsuri).
