The artstyle is fine, it's just poorly rigged. Her face looks way flatter than everyone else's. Give her some actual expressions and she'd be good.

HoloEN gen 2 will look good, maybe they're have one uggo character but there will be multiple designs that will make /vt/ cream their pants. Most likely at least one loli too.
