>>75069994Do as I say, not as I do, I would imagine him saying. But yeah, he did not handle that the best, but still better than others with that. I have no idea why he false baited graduations and terminations with other talents before he actually had to do it and there was no public signs on the matter that caused her graduation which meant rrats and the heat is put entirely on him and his company as to why he did it.
Still impressive he managed to triple the company's growth but the merchandise situation is still dire and I don't think he still has a handle on things. For a year 3 company that has done it for this long, it's kinda surprising. It feels like he's still trying to do just in time logistics to save money when everyone else in the shipping industry has moved on to not doing that anymore.
The main thing I am mostly skeptical about is that he thinks or sees money is still coming into the industry. I'm not sure if I believe him that much compared to what I know where angel/venture investing is at the moment. Maybe in Japan but none of that should be domestic anywhere else. All that money is trying to get into AI and adjacent industries at the moment. But then again, we see idiotic corpos like the battle royale one locked into an app and the porn one coming up so maybe there are avenues of dumb money that can be tapped. I would think he would want to get external investors but he is probably happier wanting to own everything for now unless he actually has grandiose plans but he doesn't strike me as that person. All in all, still really nice insights from the Fishman himself.
