What are your biggest filters/appeals to a chuuba?
Personally, for filters, it's voice, then kayfabe/personality, then games/free talk topics, then model polish.
Appeals would be: model polish, voice, kayfabe/personality, game/free talk topic selection

If the content is not interesting, then I won't check the chuuba.
And then after I enter the stream, I'll leave immediately if the chuuba has a grating voice.
After the voice, comes the personality.
And even if the contents, voice and personality are great, watching the chuuba keeps interacting with the same one to three people would filter me out. I don't care much about the model.
So for me, its: contents > voice > personality > number > model

then they have to seem authentic even if they aren't. lore is okay but only with enough winking and nudging, not telling lies for the sake of maintaining a persona.
same goes for laughing. they probably teach that in chuuba school, laugh every five secs to make your audience feel comfortable. but it has to feel real and appropriate. fake laughing at sad or overly serious things when it's not believable is such a huge turn-off
