I wonder how likely it is that some girl or group in Middle East will try to become Vtubers. If anything, it would be interesting to see what they come up with, and their talking topics, or videogames.
There is this channel I'm watching recently called Reactistan, and while I usually abhor reaction channels, them being so far from the standard fare of Western urbanites and such, makes it engaging, and they also don't exaggerate their reactions or pull punches, they will simply say I like/don't like this, or say how they have something similar back in their villages.
