But with a base floor, you have all the relevant data required to figure it out.
If Fuwawa's stream was dead for say, ten minutes while that botfag was active, long enough for the viewcount to bleed out of all but bot viewers and a few dozen ultra-dedicated fans, like it normally does, it would've solved the function entirely. Especially if it still waved even in the dead stream state.
