One of those 82 days is the day of the Q4 FY2023 report in June. Another one of those days is the annual shareholders meeting in July.
....oh, and there's the EN branch third anniversary next Thursday. They still haven't announced what, if anything, the lot of them will be doing that day. Doki has a special announcement stream on this Saturday at 4pm Pacific, so I half-expect Niji EN to do something stupid in that particular timeslot, which may or may not be an announcement of whatever it is they plan to do next Thursday.
....oh, and there's the Obsydia 3rd anniversary on July 17. Assuming Niji EN still legally exists at that point, they're definitely gonna force Petra and Rosemi to do something really stupid and/or petty to "celebrate" three years of just the two of them. You can bet your bottom dollar that management is gonna rub their noses in the fact that Selen can't join them.
Since the shareholders meeting will likely be before July 17, I'm thinking there's at least a 33% chance that they'll dissolve the branch on that date in particular; and regardless of when they actually do close EN, there's at least a 90% chance that they'll try to blame Selen on the branch closure.
