Ounce for ounce, a 1:1 ASAP-Chamisul Fresh mix (the 16% ABV one) has 40% of the caffeine as a Jägerbomb/Red Bull + Vodka, and an alcohol content in between. But the mix results in a 500ml drink, while the Red Bull mixes would be 300-335ml.
End result, you get less caffeine but more alcohol. Not much risk of caffeine overdose; the concern seems to be more around overdrinking and not realizing how drunk you are. Maybe also idiots who'd follow that 1:1 advice with stronger alcohols after "getting the idea" from the recommendation.
