It would scare the shit out of her, I'd look like an obsessed stalker, it would instantly ruin any chance of even a normal conversation and worse case I think Shiori would order a Hoover Max Extract Pressure-Pro, model sixty.
The fact she's always hidden her personal info is a huge sign she doesn't want that whatsoever and I respect her enough not to bother her. If you walked up to someone you followed online who didn't hide their face then I don't think that would be an issue.
