Basically it's like she's aware of these things fandoms can do with chuubas, but is desperate to arrange how her fanbase and interpretations of her are ahead of time instead of letting things play out naturally (or not) by fate. The "please totally don't call me a chicken I hate that (wink wink wink wink wink)" kind of fake, it's a manufactured fanbase. So the only kinds of people who like her are the most shallow-minded parrots around. Hence the bottom left thing got forced so hard even Kiara herself got fucking sick of it. You did this to yourself, seriously. I dunno if it's too late to drop trying to force the world into the image of yourself in your head, to force the fans/reactions of the fanbase to fit the pre-planned route in your head. Just let things go naturally for better or worse.
Consider how initially, she wanted so hard to be a big Pekora sidekick, and that's only sort-of come true - note how because it's one of those things that didn't go as she had tried to plan/arrange it, she lost most of her enthusiasm for Peko - because it's a factor she can't actually directly command/control. It's not one of those things that went as she had pre-planned it out so she seems to pretend it never existed now. She seems to be pretty natural in many streams but basically the nasally voice is the reminder that she still is trying to stick to her initial plan. Girl it's been almost a year now, update your plan to reflect reality.
