It's ironic, though, considering they've done the exact same laundry-list termination bullshit that Niji did with Zaion and Selen. They've only gotten away with it because nobody watched Riro, just like how Niji got away with the Zaion shit for a year because nobody watched her. They also dodged a bullet with the Pochi situation, mostly due to her retardation making the corpo look reasonable by comparison.
In any case, Idol's efforts to portray themselves as so much "better" than other corpos may come back to bite them someday, since it's clear not everything is as shiny there behind the scenes as they want to make it seem.
