100% has to be the voice right? Is it a dude with a voice changer? Has nobody told Alice she sounds like she has a microphone jammed up her nostrils while she speaks with terrible congestion? She was having a cry about her numbers tanking and couldn't work out why but it's obviously how she sounds.
