It's an awkward situation but just knowing they're still friends makes me happy.

She's said no one from Niji past or present even bothers to talk to her so it's pretty obvious they don't like her as a person, entirely removed from the Niji drama angle. Especially after what she did to Matara it's obvious why no one associates with her except dramafags.
Mumei is probably blacklisted from collabing with Doki due to Japanese corpo autism. It wouldn't generate any "drama" if they collabed because Doki already mentioned the fact Mumei is basically her best friend and supported her throughout the Niji firing. It's pretty obvious they're still friends though and Cover hasn't gone beyond a collab ban like asking her to cut contact with Doki. No one's really begging for the collab, fans of both of them are understanding of the situation.
