I just had dreamed a scenario with Pins and Ropes. The story goes like this:
- Prologue -
Pins wants body piercing done to her.
Ropes says she's available.
Pins is excited.
Ropes warns Pins that she will have to do something for her in return.
Pins answers: "Yes, mommy!", her excitement is unchanged and happily goes to her dungeon.
- Act 1: Undressing Pins, petplay -
Pins: "Hi mommy!"
Ropes: "Hello my dear, welcome, welcome, let's get you prepared right away, shall we? First, I need you to undress and get on all fours."
Pins: "Yes, mommy!"
Ropes: "Tsk tsk tsk. Animals do not speak."
Ropes proceeds to put a leash on her and drag her around.
- Act 2: Dressing Ropes up, oral
Ropes: "Good. Now take off my clothes. Don't forget animals can't use their hands either. You will have to use your mouth, tongue, and teeth."
Pins: "Mmmmph!"
Ropes then orders Pins to perform cunnilingus on her, then fetch her a leather catsuit, long boots, and a strap-on dildo, and help her put them on, and the acts with Pins sucking said strap-on and Ropes removing her collar.

Pins is mostly moaning of pleasure rather than pain as Ropes meticulously pierces the skin on the shoulders, thighs, the skin near the bellybutton, and finally each nipple and greater labia.

Pins: *even more miserable noises*
- Act 5 - Aftercare -
