>>7576403>I don't get the theory part.I have a theory that the "spam viewers" bot has a set number of viewers it doesn't consider "spam viewers", and treat every other viewer as a suspected one until that threshold is reached.
For instance, for this IRyS stream my theory is
>the bot is set for 5k viewers in the first hourand it would slowly "release" the viewers from the "spam viewers" jail into the count until it reaches that threshold
>which it did, pic relatedOnly not at the exact 60 minutes time but at the exact 55 minutes time.
I think it will be possible to predict what the exact time and exact peak for a stream based on these charts alone, from the first few minutes of a stream, which would prove the "rate limit" theory, which, IMO, is the 2021 version of the "shadowban".
Here is how I think it works
>instead of simply not showing a stream where it should appear (to subscribers, on the channel homepage, on suggestions), like the shadowban used to work until 2020>now they show to a percentage of the viewers and hide to another percentage to meet a certain pre determined growth rateThat would mean that if they set "5k in an hour" they will show in those places to an increasingly smaller number of people the closer it gets to 5k, to ensure the number of viewers meet the rate of growth baked in.
It is obviously not possible to conclusively prove it but being able to predict the peak and exact time it would happen would be enough evidence to at least give this theory credibility
