From what we can decipher with timing and when Jap took the reins it feels like he was removed right around the time Ina was absent for like 3 months. Dunno if it was in protest against that because my impression is Ina and Omega were very buddies from FFXIV, not to mention her friend Sana also quit too etc. Gura I dunno, she is just gone all the time regardless including well into the omega/Advent era so it is not really possible to tell anything there (other than she doesn't like streaming much).
