Much has been discussed about Elira's clear influence in NijiEN from hiring to promotions. These obvious patterns make clear that she is not just some random organ there. The contrast between the support she recieves from the company vs how popular she really is makes this abundantly clear. But how exactly did this started, when, why how was she given the NijiEN crown?

Think about it, Nijisanji is a cheap black company, which hires undergraduates with barely any language skill and that is currently after Riku decided to make things "better". Imagine back then, when they called for applicants for the first NijiEN wave, staff was probably composed by japanese discord mods. Imagine their surprise and shock when the barbarians started sending their applications in a language different from holy niponese. How can they possibly pick up someone, if they have no idea what are these barbarians even trying to communicate. Yes, most of them have the funny asian eyes but still why are they communicating with barbarian characters!

The obvious solution would be to hire staff proficient in english, but in Japan those way to expensive for Nijisanji's discord budget and it gets even worse if hiring a westener, with their stupid cocepts such as "basic human rights". So what to do? Find someone among the barbarian slaves one who can actually speak the language proficiently enough, so he can do their job for free. PERFECT FINAL SOLUTION

Meaning that at first, the discord mods only criteria of selection was gathering all applications in japanese. Once this was done, they analyzed them until they found what they considered the most proficient japanese speaker. This is our current queen ELira. Once this was done, they handed Elira all applications with a simple instruction:

And it was at this moment when Elira realized how stupid Nijisanji is and how much power was given to her. She pretty much had a free pass to pick anyone she wishes and get them into the numba one corpo! Honestly had you been in her place, would you have not picked your friends as part of each new wave? Keep in mind that is the people she surrounded with, wanna be ecelebs. The temptation was just too big and so she took the apple. And from that first bite all the sins of mankind would be born.

Yes, bulying is horrible. But once you take the apple there is no way back, you have to protect "your" business, specially from anyone threatening your influence over it. People not staying in line and not being grateful enough for the opportunity YOU gave them also become a problem. All those troublemakers must be dealt with, it is not only about business, it is also the livelihood of your closest friends, your family.

Elira is not payed by all the stuff she does for NijiEN for free, so she has become creative finding other sources of compensation, it is only fair.
