I say this because I think this actually might be close to what Haachama does, she just isn't able to explain clearly.
She already struggles with trying to say that she does indeed like the pepeloni, but still chooses to remove the pepelonis after ordering the pepeloni pizza from dominos.
Trying to explain the idea of wanting pepelonis on some slices and no pepelonis on other other slices, in a different language, is far more ethereal concept and goes far beyond the scope of simple phrases like "I like the pepeloni", which is probably why she says "I always order the pepeloni and without the pepeloni"
