Im just baffled by how the ytb comment seem to be in complete denial about The effect of HoloEN.
When HoloEN debuted in the first month everyone in JP(I dont know shit about ID) gained a massive increase in subscribers numbers and an increase in popularity altogether for the whole brand.
Hololive name was a boost for sure a big boost but if the ENgirls had failed they wouldn't have the following they do now and would have reclined earlier at like 400k subs or even less but they still climbed on the succes ladder til this day and now have finally started reclining except gura.
For Fucksake HoloEN as hit the mainstream now.
