Collab stream idea!
Before the stream, Milks writes a tweet asking for suggestions on how to deal with disobedient kids.
Ropes replies by inviting Milks to her place to discuss this further, i.e. the stream, which is in fact a tour of the dungeon.
The conversation between the two goes on covering the psychology of positive punishment, negative punishment, and of course cages, sensory deprivation, treating people like animals, spanking, whips...
Milks can't believe her eyes, is grossed by everything and especially the idea of ever resorting to corporal punishment.
Ropes gives dispassionately detailed explanations: "...so you have to avoid hitting any part of the spine, and the kidneys. Anyway, here's a cane, they make a very nice sound through the air, give it a try!"

Milks: *Gasp* "It's made of wood?! W-Wait, you want to be beaten with sticks too?!"
Ropes: "It's how you can teach me to obey and respect you."
Milks: "But I want to be loved, not feared!"
Ropes: "You have to understand: I love this. I would love you if you would do this to me."
Milks: "You... love it?"
Despite Ropes sounding increasingly more persuasive, Milks remains incredulous about her genmate's medieval education methods, and unwilling to make any compromise in her commitment to be a loving mother.
Ropes wholeheartedly accepts this, bids the aquamarine and brown goat goodbye, reminding her that anybody is welcome to her dungeon, anytime. That is because everyone is welcome to make her suffer there, from the most innocent, purest of hearts, to the eagermost of the sinners.
Exeunt Milks and Ropes.

Post-credit scene:
A furious Milks with glowing red eyes, raising a cane over her head: "HAVE YOU BEEN NAUGHTY, MY CHILD?!"
